Business Development Manager (all genders) - fully remote within Germany

Your mission

As a Business Development Manager at AIPERIA , you will play a central role in expanding our market position. With your strategic skills and flair for business opportunities, you will win new customers and forge valuable partnerships that support AIPERIA's growth and sustainability goals. An insight into your tasks:
Market development and strategy development: Exploring new market potential and developing growth strategies that ensure AIPERIA's sustainable success.
Identification and development of strategic partnerships: Establishing and maintaining partnerships and networks to specifically promote AIPERIA's market entry and expansion.
Customer acquisition: Proactive acquisition of new customers through targeted approaches and contacts.
Analysing and monitoring market trends: Analysing industry trends and competitive situations and identifying new business opportunities.
Developing and presenting customised solutions: Understanding the specific requirements of our customers and developing customised solutions that optimise their business processes.
Co-operation with internal departments: Working closely with the sales, product management and marketing departments to optimise the implementation of the business development strategy.

Your profile

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in software, retail or AI technology, as well as a degree in business administration, business informatics or a related field.
  • Ability to recognise business potential and translate it into successful partnerships and projects.
  • Strong communication skills and persuasiveness in dealing with customers and partners.
  • A high degree of initiative and the ability to drive projects forward independently and in a target-orientated manner.
  • Business fluent in German and English.
