Senior Commissioning Manager / Data Centre / Boden (Remote with site travel)

• Location: Primary project base in Boden, Sweden, with flexibility to work remotely.

A leading MEP Commissioning Management consultancy seeks an experienced Commissioning Manager for Data Centre projects across Europe / main site Sweden. This role offers remote working, with travel to project sites as required.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and validate the commissioning process to ensure systems meet requirements.
• Develop and review commissioning strategies, test scripts, and project-specific documents.
• Conduct technical inspections, surveys, and hands-on commissioning as needed.
• Collaborate with teams to meet project objectives, deadlines, and budgets.
• Provide technical advice on commissioning strategies and performance standards.

Requirements

• Experience in Data Centre commissioning and MEP systems (HVAC, controls, T&B process).
• Strong engineering background (PE license or equivalent) with 4+ years in the industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• Willingness to travel to site locations as required.
• Excellent communication, technical, and organizational skills.

Preferred

• Engineering degree or LEED® accreditation.
• Strong controls expertise and knowledge of construction practices.
