Wir suchen Dich

Um die digitale Transformation der Vulcan-Gruppe weiter voranzutreiben, suchen wir dich als Chief Information Officer (m/w/d) in Vollzeit und unbefristet. In dieser Schlüsselrolle übernimmst du die Verantwortung für das gesamte Informationsmanagement, bestehend aus IT, ERP-Systemen und einer Businessprozessorganisation.

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

• Du definierst und leitest die IM-Transformationsinitiative der Vulcan-Gruppe und etablierst ein professionelles Change- und Programm-Management.
• Du entwickelst das IT Target Operating Model (IT-TOM) und entscheidest über die Rollenverteilung zwischen Central IT und Business IT.
• Du übernimmst die Führung und strategische Ausrichtung der Corporate und Central IT.
• Du leitest das gruppenweite ERP-Projekt - von der Auswahl bis zur Implementierung.
• Du entwickelst und implementierst eine hochmoderne IT-Sicherheitsarchitektur.
• Du führst eine leistungsfähige ECM-Systemlandschaft ein und verantwortest deren kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung.
• Du gestaltest die Digitalisierungsstrategie und setzt zukunftsweisende Technologien für die Vulcan-Gruppe um.

Das solltest Du mitbringen

• Du hast einen Master-Abschluss in Informationstechnologie oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet.
• Du verfügst über langjährige Führungserfahrung in leitenden Positionen des Informationsmanagements.
• Du hast fundierte Erfahrung in der Transformation und Neuausrichtung von IT- und IM-Organisationen.
• Du bringst herausragende organisatorische und analytische Fähigkeiten mit.
• Du besitzt internationale Erfahrung und kennst dich mit globalen IT- und Digitalisierungsstrategien aus.
• Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
