Data Analyst (all genders) - fully remote within Germany

Your mission

As a Data Analyst at AIPERIA , you will work closely with our customers to understand their requirements, develop innovative approaches and deliver solutions with real added value. This requires analytical know-how, strong problem-solving skills and a high level of consulting expertise. An insight into your tasks:
Data analysis and reporting: you will analyze transaction data that is constantly changing and create valuable reusable reports from it.
Business insights and communication: You tell data-driven stories and translate complex analyses into comprehensible added value that our customers can understand.
Solution presentation and business insights: You analyze data to demonstrate the added value of our solution and provide sound business insights. You will use key figures and analyses to show how our solution contributes to increasing sales and efficiency and thus optimally meets customer requirements.
Team support and further development: You will actively contribute to the further development of the pipelines and reporting structures.
Technical support and collaboration: You will support the Customer Success team with your analyses and, if necessary, accompany customer meetings in order to create a better understanding of customer challenges through your insights and drive solutions forward in a targeted manner.

Your profile

• You have completed your studies in (business) mathematics or a similar field and are enthusiastic about data analysis.
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience and work independently and in a structured manner.
• You enjoy working with large data sets and have experience with Python for data processing, analysis and visualization.
• You have experience with the technologies Plotnine, Plotly, Pandas, Polars and NumPy.
• You have already gained experience as a Data Analyst or BI Consultant in working with customers and on software implementation projects.
• You work in a solution-oriented manner, convince others of your ideas and are open to alternative suggestions.
• Business fluent German (C2) and good English skills (B2)
