With the newly created position of Director Product Strategy, the management of this key task for the company's success will be transferred to an entrepreneurial personality who embodies this mindset.

Your mission

• You are responsible for the success of the product portfolio in every respect - from market and technology scouting to product development, marketing and after sales.
• You monitor and are responsible for progress, profitability and risks, develop target-oriented, effective solutions and ensure transparent reporting.
• Customer obsession is one of your leadership principals. At the same time, you succeed in qualifying customer requirements, selecting those relevant to the standard product and implementing them.
• You will provide technical and disciplinary leadership to our dedicated product management team.
• You form the central interface between all stakeholders.

Your profile

• Professional qualifications: a degree in economics, industrial engineering, engineering or a comparable field.
• Professional experience: Several years of experience with proven success in product management in international technology companies, including several years in a management position.
• You are an entrepreneurial thinking and acting personality, recognize potential early on, validate it and implement it profitably in the corporate strategy.
• You are intrinsically motivated by the unconditional success (of your product) of the product portfolio.
• You have a confident manner and assertiveness, work and communicate in a goal-oriented, trusting manner across hierarchies, both internally and externally.
• You enjoy intercultural cooperation and are fluent in English.
