Job Description
We're seeking a top-tier Maintenance Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our production lines. As an individual contributor, you'll be responsible for the mechanical and automation aspects of our machinery, with a focus on maximizing line and machine availability
Key Deliverables
Equipment Uptime and Reliability
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment.
- Implementing and maintaining automation systems for efficient operation.
- Leading the transition to predictive maintenance for proactive issue prevention.
- Ensuring all these efforts contribute to maximizing line and machine availability.
Technology and Process Improvement
- Staying informed about the latest maintenance technologies, especially in predictive maintenance.
- Recommending and implementing improvements to current maintenance practices.
- Coordinating MATS activities to identify trends and optimize maintenance strategies.
Data-Driven Decision Making and Reporting
- Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Utilizing data analysis to support predictive maintenance implementation.
- Coordinating and reporting on MATS activities to provide insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing environment (3+ years) with a strong understanding of mechanical equipment operation and maintenance principles. Experience with automation systems especially SCADA platforms a must. Familiarity with predictive maintenance methodologies and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
