Your Responsibilities:
- Analysis and draft of business processes for leading retailers in an omnichannel context, particularly POS, mobile touchpoints, and store goods management
- Advising our customers on the implementation of GK standard software
- System configuration
- Requirements engineering - preparing requirements for implementation in close coordination with the customer
- Supporting customers during Go-Live preparation, quality assurance, and key user training
- Acting as the primary contact for our customers regarding all functional topics
Your Profile
- Completed degree in Mathematics, (Business) Informatics, or an equivalent qualification
- Knowledge and experience in retail, POS, or merchandise management
- Strong understanding of information technology
- Quick comprehension, strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written German and English
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
- French language skills are a plus for supporting our French customers
