DEINE AUFGABEN

• Break down of divisional strategies to market segments and enable profitable growth
• Monitor respective markets, competitor and trends, adjust segment strategies and derive implications for sales budgets
• Identify individual development plans by country and market segment and support local organizations in realizing this growth
• Specify customer solutions and prepare go-to-market approach in collaboration with internal departments (e.g. Marketing Operations, Product Mgmt.,Services) and country organizations
• Analyze Segment KPIs, identify best practices and develop counter-measures
• Lead marketing and sales transformation projects or workstreams
• Represent market segments globally as expert and be the first go-to person for local ad-hoc requests on content roadmap and growth plans

DU BRINGST MIT

• You have been preferably working several years in (strategic-) marketing, sales environment or (inhouse-) consulting
• You have a commercial, up to entrepreneurial thinking and attitude
• You gained first experiences in international organizations
• You are persuasive and have the innate ability to clearly express the messages, also for senior management
• You are persistent & able to manage cross-functional teams
• You have a sound experience and network in the industry (construction and/or automotive aftermarket)
• You work with a hands-on mentality and you have a ‘can do / problem solving mindset’
• You are fluent in English with great communication skills
