Deine Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei der Implementierung, Optimierung und dem Go-Live unseres ERP-Systems (BC).
- Mitarbeit an der Konfiguration und Anpassung des ERP-Systems in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern.
- Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen und Überführung dieser in das ERP-System.
- Technische Fehlersuche und Support für ERP-bezogene Fragen innerhalb des Unternehmens.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of Software Development, um den Projektfortschritt sicherzustellen und offene Punkte zu lösen.
- Dokumentation der Anpassungen, Prozesse und Schulungsmaterialien.
- Schulung und Support der Endanwender in verschiedenen Abteilungen.
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, IT-Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Arbeit mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC).
- Kenntnisse in weiteren Microsoft-Technologien (z.B. Power BI, Power Apps und Power Automate) sind von Vorteil.
- Grundkenntnisse in ERP-Projektmanagement und Prozessanalyse.
- Verständnis für die Abläufe in einem EPC-Unternehmen von Vorteil.
- Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Teamgeist.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Your mission
- Support in the implementation, optimization and go-live of our ERP system (BC).
- Collaboration on the configuration and customization of the ERP system in cooperation with external service providers.
- Analyzing business processes and transferring them to the ERP system.
- Technical troubleshooting and support for ERP-related issues within the company.
- Working closely with the Head of Software Development to ensure project progress and resolve open issues.
- Documentation of customizations, processes and training materials.
- Training and support of end users in various departments.
Your profile
- Completed studies or training in the field of business informatics, computer science, IT management or a comparable qualification.
- First professional experience in working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC).
- Knowledge of other Microsoft technologies (e.g. Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate) is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of ERP project management and process analysis.
- Understanding of the processes in an EPC company is an advantage.
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working.
- Good communication skills and team spirit.
- Very good written and spoken German and English.
