Job Description
Deutsch:

• Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung des Controllings
• Erstellung der jährlichen Budgets inkl. Koordination mit den Fachbereichen
• Ermittlung von ABC (Activity Based Costing) basierend auf dem Kostenbudget
• Erstellung der Forecasts (Sales, Gross Margin)
• Unterstützung beim Monats- und Jahresabschluss z.B. Rückstellungsermittlung
• Reporting (u. a. Monats, Quartals und Jahresreporting, Walkdown) inkl. Analysen
• Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Analysen sowie Übernahme von Projekten und Sonderaufgaben wie der Weiterentwicklung von Power BI

English:

• Optimization and further development of controlling
• Preparation of annual budgets including coordination with the specialist departments
• Determination of ABC (Activity Based Costing) based on the cost budget
• Preparation of forecasts (sales, gross margin)
• Support with monthly and year-end closing
• Reporting (e.g. monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, walkdown) incl. analyses
• Preparation of ad hoc analyses as well as taking on projects and special tasks such as the further development of Power BI

Required Skills and Education
Deutsch:

• Abgeschlossenes betriebs- oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Sehr gute MS Office Anwenderkenntnisse, insbesondere MS Excel
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Hohe Motivation sowie eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und IT-Affinität

English:

• Completed studies in business administration or economics or comparable training
• Very good MS Office user skills, especially MS Excel
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
• High motivation as well as a structured, careful and independent way of working
• Good communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and IT affinity
