• Management and coordination of all ESH Environment, Safety, Health and Security activities Responsibility and ensuring the achievement of ESH targets in the interests of internal and external stakeholders
• Central contact person (m/f/d) for all internal and external stakeholders

• Maintenance and continuous improvement of management systems according to DIN EN ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 as well as internal specifications (e.g. KPIs, ESH standards) and legal requirements
• Planning and implementation of occupational safety and fire protection measures Preparation of risk assessments and operating instructions
• conducting instructions and training courses
• Safety inspection of operating facilities
• ordering occupational safety measures
• Monitoring the implementation of these measures and their evaluation
• Working towards safety-oriented behavior of all employees (occupational safety)
• Participation in the creation and implementation of local and central requirements for effective third-party management
• Advice to all persons responsible for occupational safety and accident prevention on existing, new and planned operational work processes and work equipment

• Planning and implementation of environmental protection measures (e.g. legal obligations regarding hazardous substances management, waste management, energy savings, etc.)
• Preparation, support and deviation management regarding audits

qualifications

• Completed studies in the technical field, advanced training as a technician/master craftsman (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Training as a specialist in occupational safety (m/f/d) desirable
• Proof of specialist knowledge in the field of occupational safety
• experience in industrial production processes
• Experience as an internal auditor desirable
• Knowledge in the field of occupational safety or management systems according to DIN EN ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 desirable
• Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
