Managing Director (m/f/d) Cluster East

For our Regional Cluster East are searching for a Managing Director (m/f/d).
This regional cluster East includes Austria, Slovenia, Hungary and Romania. The functions of sales, after-sales, realization, marketing, finance and People & Culture are represented in the local entities. In total the region offers a headcount of 100 employees. The sales volume is approx. 30 million Euros ,and the role will cover full P&L responsibility.
You will receive a remote contract with the head office in the region. You are located in Austria, Slovenia, Hungary or Romania to be contracted there. The focus area is sales and after-sales.
The compensation package is a fix 12 months installment of salary with 20 % bonus based on targets and a company car.
Aufgaben
- Responsible for the management of the entire lead to realization sales activities in a dynamic and growing technology driven organization
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and implement business plans that align with broader organizational goals and corporate strategy
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Leading and developing directly 6 functional directors and indirectly their subordinates to increase employee performance and satisfaction.
- Develop and achieve the P&L according to the budget plan and strategy.
- Enforce adherence to global defined sales methodology and oversee CRM activities
Profil
- Ideally, a technical university degree complemented with a business administration or management degree with a high affinity to sales pipeline management and methodology.
- Extensive experience in sales and realization of with a strong technical background, ideally in the area of intralogistics and automation industry.
- Extensive experience in leadership and organizational development
- Could prove a success story in sales results and change management abilities
- Profund abilities in CRM such as salesforce, MS Office and SAP 4 Hana preferred
- High command of English and a local language such as Hungarian, Romanian or Slovenian and communication skills on all hierarchy levels. German would be a plus.
