Project Controller (m/f/d)

We are seeking a qualified Commercial Project Controller (m/f/d) to strengthen our team as part of the agency work arrangement.
The position will be based at a renowned company near Karlsruhe, which operates in a demanding, safety-critical environment. This role offers you the opportunity to apply your expertise in controlling and project management, as well as to further develop your skills in an interesting setting.
Deployment Information:

• Location: Near Karlsruhe (Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen)
• Deployment Period: 07 January 2025 to 30 June 2026
• Working Hours: From 08:00 to 20:00 (flexi-time)
• Weekly Hours: 37.5
• Additional Compensation: According to collective agreement

Job description:

• Independent commercial project controlling for various projects and departments.
• Conducting budget control and management.
• Approval and verification of postings, internal account/cost centre allocations, and budget transfers.
• SAP CO postings and maintenance of obligation data.
• Participation in controlling tasks related to the annual financial statement.
• Coordination and further development of risk controlling.
• Preparation of monthly reports and variance analyses.
• Conducting ad-hoc evaluations and preparing procurement forecasts.

Skills requested:

• Vocational training in the commercial sector and several years of professional experience or a relevant completed degree.
• In-depth knowledge of controlling, project management/control, and risk management.
• Very good knowledge of SAP CO and MS Office, ideally also JEDOX.
• Ability to present complex business-related matters clearly and understandably.
• Willingness to undergo a reliability check in accordance with § 12b AtG.
• German language skills (C1) in both spoken and written form.
