We want you for...

To build up our project management team in Karlsruhe we are looking for you in full time (40h) and unlimited, as Project Director/Delivery Manager (m/f/d) for our geothermal and lithium extraction plant in Landau.

Your mission

• As a Delivery Manager your main tasks include taking on technical and commercial project responsibility, considering all contract-relevant data.
• You will manage a project team, organized in a matrix structure, consisting of HSE, project managers, engineers, project controls, construction, and commissioning managers, among others.
• You take care of the coordination of internal and external partners in the project execution.
• You ensure that all phases of the project are carried out in a professional and qualitative manner, on schedule and within budget.
• You and your team will be responsible for executing projects and sub-projects for the chemical and geothermal plants.

Your profile

• You should have a degree (Diplom/Master/Bachelor) in plant, mechanical, process engineering, or a comparable field.
• You have at least 15 years of professional experience in independent, technical construction management, preferably in the field of pipeline and/or plant construction and EPC contracts.
• You bring extensive technical know-how in construction management within pipeline and/or plant engineering and construction.
• You are proficient in using common software applications such as MS Office, MS Project, and CAD programs.
• You show a willingness to travel to various locations along the Upper Rhine Valley.
• You possess fluent negotiation skills in both English and German.

Zum Aufbau unseres Projektmanagement-Teams in Karlsruhe suchen wir dich in Vollzeit (40 Stunden) und unbefristet als Projektleiter/Delivery Manager (m/w/d) für unsere Geothermie- und Lithiumgewinnungsanlage in Landau.

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

• Als Delivery Manager übernimmst du die technische und kommerzielle Projektverantwortung unter Berücksichtigung aller vertragsrelevanten Daten.
• Du leitest ein Projektteam, das in einer Matrixstruktur organisiert ist und aus HSE, Projektmanagern, Ingenieuren, Projektsteuerern, Bau- und Inbetriebnahmemanagern sowie weiteren Experten besteht.
• Du koordinierst interne und externe Partner während der Projektausführung.
• Du stellst sicher, dass alle Projektphasen professionell, qualitativ hochwertig, termingerecht und innerhalb des Budgets durchgeführt werden.
• Du und dein Team seid verantwortlich für die Ausführung von Projekten und Teilprojekten für die chemischen und geothermischen Anlagen.

Das solltest Du mitbringen

• Du sollst ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Diplom/Master/Bachelor) im Bereich Anlagenbau, Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet haben.
• Du hast mindestens 15 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der eigenständigen, technischen Bauleitung, idealerweise im Bereich Rohrleitungs- und/oder Anlagenbau sowie EPC-Verträgen.
• Du bringst umfangreiches technisches Know-how im Bau- und Projektmanagement von Anlagen und Rohrleitungen mit.
• Du bist versiert im Umgang mit gängigen Softwareanwendungen wie MS Office, MS Project und CAD-Programmen.
• Du zeigst Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit an verschiedenen Standorten entlang des Oberrheintals.
• Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
