Als Teil des Projektmanagements bist du hauptverantwortlich für die Leitung und Koordinierung eines Projektes in Italien und stehst im engen Austausch mit externen Partnern sowie allen Bereichen von INERATEC.

Deine Aufgaben
- Leitung und Koordination des gesamten Projekts zur Erstellung einer e-Fuel-Anlage, von der Planung bis zur Inbetriebnahme - davon die meisten im europäischen Ausland
- Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern (Investoren, Lieferanten, Behörden, etc.) in Englisch, Deutsch und Italienisch
- Fachliche Führung eines interdisziplinären Teams bestehend aus Ingenieur*innen und Techniker*innen in einer Matrixorganisation
- Management und Überwachung der Kosten, Zeitpläne und Ressourcen zur Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Erreichung von Projektmeilensteinen
- Sicherstellung, dass alle Projektaktivitäten den höchsten Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards entsprechen
- Regelmäßige Berichterstattung an das obere Management und andere relevante Parteien über den Fortschritt des Projekts
- Identifikation von Projektrisiken und Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Risikominderung
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
- Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement im Bereich Anlagenbau oder chemische Anlagen
- Tiefgehende Kenntnisse im Bau von chemischen Anlagen sowie relevanten gesetzlichen Vorschriften und Industriestandards
- Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse (C1), idealerweise gute Italienischkenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft zur Betreuung der Projekte innerhalb Europas
- Kommunikationsstärke kombiniert mit Organisationstalent

Short Description
As part of the project management team, you will be primarily responsible for managing and coordinating a project in Italy and will be in close contact with external partners and all areas of INERATEC.

Your tasks
- Management and coordination of the entire project for the construction of an e-fuel plant, from planning to commissioning - most of them in other European countries
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders (investors, suppliers, authorities, etc.) in English, German and Italian
- Technical leadership of an interdisciplinary team consisting of engineers and technicians in a matrix organization
- Management and monitoring of costs, schedules and resources to ensure timely achievement of project milestones
- Ensuring that all project activities meet the highest quality and safety standards
- Regular reporting to senior management and other relevant parties on the progress of the project
- Identifying project risks and developing risk mitigation measures
Your profile
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, process engineering or a related field
- At least 10 years of professional experience in project management in the field of plant construction or chemical plants
- In-depth knowledge of the construction of chemical plants as well as relevant legal regulations and industry standards
- Very good knowledge of English and German (C1), ideally good knowledge of Italian
- Willingness to travel to support projects within Europe
- Strong communication skills combined with organizational talent
