Als Teil unseres HR-Teams bist du für das Recruiting des gesamten Unternehmens zuständig und sorgst mit deiner guten Ausdrucksweise und Berufserfahrung für eine optimale Besetzung unserer Stellen.

Deine Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Auswahl der effektivsten Recruiting- und Sourcingmaßnahmen, -strategien und -kanäle; deine Empfehlungen sind unser Schlüssel zum Erfolg
- Eigenständige Verantwortung für die Gestaltung und Durchführung des gesamten Bewerbungsprozesses
- Consultant für unsere Hiring Manager und kompetente Ansprechperson von Kandidaten (m/w/d) für eine ausgezeichnete Candidate Experience
- Erstellen und Verbreiten von Stellenanzeigen und Führen von Interviews mit den Fachbereichen
- Rekrutieren und Active Sourcing von spannenden Kandidaten (m/w/d)
- Kontaktperson für Agenturen, Dienstleistern u.a.
- Überwachung aller relevanten Recruiting- und Erfolgskennzahlen und Optimierung der Effektivität der Maßnahmen
Dein Profil
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich BWL mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement oder Ähnliches
- Du hast mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Recruiting und Active Sourcing idealerweise im Start-up Umfeld und im Industrieunternehmen
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Du hast Interesse und Expertise in Recruiting-Trends
- Du hast eine gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit in deutscher und englischer Sprache, bist kontaktfreudig und hast ein empathisches und verbindliches Auftreten
- Du hast Erfahrung im Social Networking und im Umgang mit Business Netzwerken (z.B. LinkedIn und Xing)
- Du bringst Begeisterung für technische Themen und Innovationen mit

Your tasks
- Developing and selecting the most effective recruiting and sourcing measures, strategies and channels; your recommendations are our key to success
- Independent responsibility for the design and implementation of the entire application process
- Consultant for our Hiring Managers and competent contact person for candidates (m/f/d) for an excellent candidate experience
- Creating and distributing job advertisements and conducting interviews with the specialist departments
- Recruiting and active sourcing of exciting candidates (m/f/d)
- Contact person for agencies, service providers, etc.
- Monitoring all relevant recruiting and performance indicators and optimizing the effectiveness of measures
Your profile
- You have a degree or training in business administration with a focus on HR management or similar
- You have several years of relevant professional experience in recruiting and active sourcing, ideally in a start-up environment and in an industrial company
- You have interest and expertise in recruiting trends
- You have good communication skills in German and English, are outgoing and have an empathetic and engaging manner
- You have experience in social networking and in dealing with business networks (e.g. LinkedIn and Xing)
- You are enthusiastic about technical topics and innovations
