Alle Elektronik GmbH was founded in 2013 year and it is one of the fastest growing electronic component distributor based in Düsseldorf, Germany.
We are specializing in sales of military, industrial and commercial electronic components.
About the Role:
We are an innovative company specializing in electronic components, particularly Integrated Circuits (ICs). We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to expand our customer base and maintain strong relationships with our existing clients. This is a full-time role requiring occasional travel for client visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and develop new customer relationships.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and needs.
• Represent the company during client meetings and industry events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Language Skills:
• Fluency in both German and English, with excellent oral communication skills.
• Customer-Oriented:
• Strong ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Positive and proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
• Experience:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the electronics or IC industry.
• Flexibility:
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally for client visits.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
