Join our dynamic team at our modern office in Baden-Baden (Germany), where rich cultural heritage meets innovation to create an inspiring environment for your career growth!

• Supporting the Sales Support department in day-to-day operations / case processing in the internal booking system
• Customer communication and advice in individual cases
• Processing customer inquiries before and after booking at second level
• Coordination, processing, and support of inquiries from incoming agencies, direct hotels, bed banks, and the call center
• Price calculation, rebooking, cancelations, and sales promotion
• Coordination between customers in the destination and the incoming agency

Requirements

• Completed training in tourism or commerce (a degree in tourism management is a plus)
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a strong advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and web-based technologies
• Analytical mindset with a quick grasp of new concepts
• Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
• Resilient, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
