(Senior) Product Manager (f/m/d) Cloud Solutions

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Product Manager to join our "Cloud Solutions" Product Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our server and cloud product launches, as well as analyzing relevant business KPIs to ensure the success of our measures and product business. In this key position, you will coordinate across various departments, such as Sales/Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Controlling, and work closely with other members of the Product Management teams.

Tasks

• Central coordination with the Sales and (Product) Marketing teams, as well as the Web Development team, to ensure the successful and effective market launch of our products.
• Prioritizing and ensuring reliable rollout schedules for product launches.
• Measuring the success of the business and product launches using KPIs such as sales and website conversions, product revenue, customer satisfaction, and efficiency of product development cycles, as well as establishing suitable reporting formats.
• Analyzing, preparing, and providing information for business cases and strategic product decisions.
• Ensuring compliance with time, budget, and quality targets.
• Continuously improving processes to increase the efficiency and success of product releases.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in Product Management, ideally in the IT or Cloud industry.
• High motivation and strong skills in coordinating and organizing cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of defining and measuring KPI-based success metrics, as well as relevant tools such as Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Power BI, Google Suite, and Looker.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Ability to work independently and in a solution-oriented manner, even under pressure.
