Your tasks

• Inquiry and order processing across product groups within projects, including inquiries about technical feasibility, prototype development and purchasing support for pre-series production
• Engineering sparring partner (m/f/d) for the early integration of commercial aspects into the product development process
• Ensuring a smooth supply of materials
• Drawing up milestone plans
• Monitoring and controlling delivery dates including logistics within the projects, and first point of contact for the project managers (m/f/d)
• Active information in the event of deviations from time and budgets as well as initiation and implementation of countermeasures

Your profile

• Completed scientific or technical studies in industrial engineering, business administration supply chain management or a relevant subject or a comparable qualification
• At least three to five years of professional experience in a relevant position, e.g. in strategic purchasing, project purchasing, technical purchasing, advanced procurement, commodity management (generalist)
• Experience in plant / (special) mechanical engineering and ideally in reactor technology
• Specialist skills in technical purchasing, knowledge of materials
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Class 3 driver's license
• Willingness to travel a maximum of 20-25% of the time
