Tasks
For us, our customers and their satisfaction are the focus of our work. The Customer Experience Team analyzes the customer experience and satisfaction of all IONOS customers worldwide. From these analyses, we derive projects together with specialist departments from across the company in order to increase customer satisfaction and thus make a significant contribution to the company's success. After your induction, you will support our Customer Experience Managers in the detailed evaluation of customer feedback, in the implementation of customer journey mappings and in the implementation of the derived measures. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects.
- You carry out analyses on customer experience and customer satisfaction.
- You will support our team in the comprehensive customer journey analysis of pain points of our more than 3 million IONOS customers.
- By carrying out internal test purchases, you will map the touchpoints in the customer journey and derive optimization measures.
- You will also support us in carrying out competitive analyses of our international competitors.
- You will work on projects in our team and take on your own tasks after your induction.
Qualifications
- You are studying business administration, economics, (business) informatics, humanities/social sciences, (business) psychology or a comparable course of study.
- You have a very good command of German and English and very good communication skills.
- You have an analytical mindset and basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- You have already gained some experience in project management.
- You work reliably, carefully, independently and goal-oriented.
- You like to take responsibility and show initiative.
- You are also a team player and have very good interpersonal skills.
